What kind of personal data are we processing?

In the contact forms on our site, you can ask us for more information about the products and services we offer. In order to provide you with the requested service or information, we need to process the following contact personal information: email address, business name and location, phone number.

It is not possible to cancel the receipt of information messages about the service (eg confirmation of sending a form) or service e-mails in paid services ordered (eg contract documents, order confirmation) because it is part of the services provided.

We process your personal information through contact forms on the site while we provide the requested service – a personal meeting, providing product and service information.

Personal data processed for the purpose of ordering services will be kept in our company for 10 years after the invoice has been issued in accordance with the Income Tax Act as amended.

For what purposes we process personal data

If you are interested in our products and services, for a personal meeting, or have a question about our services, we process your personal information to the extent specified in 1A on the legal basis of Eligible Interest.

If you decide to use our paid services on the basis of a contract, we will record your personal data to the extent necessary to perform the contract on the legal basis of performance of the contract and only for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the provided services.

For sending offers for cooperation we register minimum data (email) on the legal basis “Consent …”. For statistical and marketing purposes, we use Google and Facebook third party cookies. Your personal information is anonymized in the cookies used.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Data Protection Office.
